All participants involved in any of the Bangkok Dolphins activities do so at their own risk. The Bangkok Dolphins assume no liability for injury or for any other reason whatsoever. |

For safety reasons, it is essential that children do not enter the pool before or after their scheduled class times.
This also reduces distractions to children in other classes. This is particularly important at private sports clubs like
Soi Klang Racquet Club & Goethe Institute where there are other private members. |

In the case of classes held at private sports clubs, adults accompanying children are not allowed to use the facility.
If they desire to use the pool then they must pay the required fee to the Sports Club directly. |

Fees for the term’s swimming instruction must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the course. Please note: when signing up for lessons, this is a term program and you will be charged for the full term. Should you not attend, you will still be charged. Payment for the term’s classes can be made by cash, cheque or credit card.
Cheques should be made payable to: Bangkok Dolphins. Credit card facilities are available at the main office
at the Soi Klang Racquet Club. |

Make up classes are only allowed if you call to inform your absence prior to the lesson. 2 make classes are offered per term and are subject to availability. |
